Link Associates is celebrating over fifty years of construction excellence. When Lyle Link began building houses in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1950, the area was mostly dairy farms and agricultural business.
Then known as Link Builders, we self-performed residential, agricultural and industrial buildings to meet the needs of the expanding regional industrial and commercial market.
Since 1950 and as the next generations joined the firm, Link Associates has concentrated on providing the best in general contracting and construction management services throughout southeast Wisconsin. Our business has grown and has changed with the times, but our commitment to honesty, quality work and good service for a fair price remains as strong as it was in 1950.
Link Associates is committed to each client and project emphasizing quality construction at a fair price. Link builds commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential structures. Link’s management capability ensures value and on-time performance.
Our hands-on approach contains costs and provides high level supervision. Your project will be completed with attention to detail and schedule. We know how important your project is and we never take our eyes off your goal. We are committed to communication and our approach keeps all parties; owner, architect, general contractor, and subcontractors, on track.
Satisfied customers are a hallmark of our business and we have enjoyed those relationships for years. Repeat customers are a testament to our performance.
Link will exceed your expectations. Let us show you on your next project
